These terms explain how you can use the M&K Publishing website and customer portal. Your specific print order is also governed by your written quote and invoice.
Using this website
By using this website or the customer portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. M&K Publishing & Manufacturing operates this site for people planning, printing and managing book projects.
Quotes and orders
Information on this site and in tools such as the paper weight converter or file review is general guidance. A project is confirmed only by a written quote or invoice from M&K. Pricing, specifications and schedules for your order are set in that quote.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity under your account. Share access only with people you trust to act on your project. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Your files and content
You keep ownership of the files you upload. You confirm you have the right to print and share them, and you give M&K permission to use them only to quote, prepare, produce and deliver your project. See our Customer Privacy Guarantee for how we protect them.
Proof approval
Please review every proof carefully. When you approve a proof, you confirm the content, layout and specifications are ready for production. Changes after approval may affect cost and schedule.
Invoices and payment
Invoices may include a payment link that opens QuickBooks or another payment service. Payments are processed on that service's website under its own terms. M&K may use QuickBooks to keep customer, invoice and accounting records.
Connected services
The portal works with services such as QuickBooks and Nutshell to manage billing and project records. Authorized M&K staff can connect or disconnect these services at any time. We use them only to run your project and our business.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, upload harmful files, try to access other customers' information, or interfere with how the site works. We may suspend access that puts customers or the service at risk.
Limits
The website and portal are provided as available. We work to keep them accurate and running, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, M&K is not responsible for indirect losses from using the website.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version here. Questions are always welcome.
